If your going to the House of Blues make sure you make dinner reservations before your show.
1. The seafood pasta and cornbread is delicious and,
2. If you spend $20 or more on your meal you can skip the line and get inside the concert first. I even snapped a photo with DJ Kayotik, who emceed the venue.

Now to the concert, if you have a standing room only ticket than prepare to stand! The show was scheduled to began, at 7pm but Wale didn't take  the stage until after 10:30pm.  Here's why, several unknown and somewhat known rappers performed songs from their respective albums and mixtapes first.
The artists were unique, many had great beats and lyrics.  It really was more of a music festival than a 3 artist concert.  At least 6 or 7 different groups hit the stage, and were clear they wanted energy from the crowd.
Some people were complaining on twitter so Wale made sure to address the comments on stage, stating that a lot of young artist like,  J Cole got there start from opening at such kind of shows, so much respect to them and best of luck!
