Amanda was awarded a special recognition award by the New Hanover County Chapter of the NAACP at their annual Freedom Fund Banquet. Ms. Fitzpatrick was the mistress of ceremony to the sold out crowd of 500 dignitaries, public officials and community leaders. The event was held in Downtown Wilmington at the Coastline Convention Center August 19, 2017.
